Two annual service plans with guaranteed response times that keep your Vertical-Wheel® systems running: preventive maintenance and parts & labor coverage. Available for PBS-MiniPRO, PBS-3, PBS-15 and PBS-80.
Predictable Uptime, Predictable Cost
Both plans cover preventive maintenance, replacement parts, and labor at 100% with travel included (outside US/CAN may include surcharge). The Enhanced plan shortens every response window, doubles the maintenance visits, covers hardware and software upgrades in full, and adds operator refresher training on request.
One or two annual preventive maintenance visits, scheduled around your runs.
Replacement parts and labor covered at 100% with travel included.
Remote response within one business day and on-site within three days on the Enhanced plan.
Annual preventive maintenance: one visit on Basic, two on Enhanced.
Remote response: two days on Basic, 24 hours on Enhanced.
On-site response: under two weeks on Basic, three days or less on Enhanced.
Parts & labor: covered at 100% on both plans, travel included.
Hardware & software upgrades: covered at 50% on Basic, 100% on Enhanced.
Operator training: refresher training on request with Enhanced.

Service plans are available for MiniPRO, PBS-3, PBS-15 and PBS-80. Both plans cover Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. PST.
