Sampling Conical - Why it matters

Minimize Risks from the Start

Opening a vessel to pull a sample breaks the closed flow path you built the process around. The sampling conical keeps the path closed, and the dip tube pulls from the suspension the wheel is already mixing.

Closure Held

The sample never opens the vessel to atmosphere, so the flow path stays closed from seed to harvest.

Representative

A 1.25″ dip tube draws from the suspension the wheel is mixing, not from a settled pocket at the wall.

Sterile on Arrival

Gamma-irradiated and assembled, so there is nothing to autoclave or validate before a run.

Ready at the bench

Always ready when you are, a scheduled pull never waits on a prep step.

Sampling Conical - How It Works

Three Steps, All Closed

The best process decisions come from samples that reflect the culture itself. The Sampling Conical connects directly to the vessel through a closed flow path, allowing operators to collect representative in-process samples without unfamiliar handling steps or workflow complexity.

Learn more about the Sampling Conical
01Connect

The C-Flex line joins the vessel sampling line by sterile weld or aseptic connector, keeping the path closed.

02Draw

The dip tube pulls from the mixed bulk while the wheel turns, giving a sample that reflects the culture rather than the port.

03Seal & Detach

The line is sealed and the 50mL conical goes straight to the counter, analyzer, or QC bench.
